Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship our products worldwide. All orders are sent via insured, registered mail (PostNord) or DHL for expedited delivery. You can select your preferred shipping method at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
- In-stock items (wigs without custom hairlines, beards, moustaches) are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days.
- Custom lace fronts require a minimum of four weeks.
- Special orders may take 7-9 weeks.

Why do you require payment before delivery?
As many of our products are custom-made or modified for each client, we require upfront payment. This allows us to maintain our competitive pricing by ensuring that we do not incur losses from unpaid orders.
Do you offer wholesale pricing for resellers?

What kind of hair do you use in your wigs?
Our standard wigs are made from high-quality Asian hair that has been professionally processed. This hair offers excellent durability and styling capabilities. We can also create wigs from premium European hair by special order, which is softer but significantly more expensive.
What is the wig foundation made of?
The foundation is made from a very thin but durable nylon lace (often called Swiss or French lace ). It requires careful handling. For film and close-up work, we recommend ordering a finer, less visible film-grade lace.
Can your wigs be used for daily wear?
Our wigs are designed for professional use in theatre, film, and television. While they can be used for daily wear, they are not constructed for that purpose and will have a much shorter lifespan than a dedicated medical or daily-wear wig. We are not a registered supplier of medical wigs and cannot offer medical discounts.
How do I care for my wig?
Proper care is essential to extending the life of your hairpiece. A lace wig can be destroyed in minutes if mishandled. We provide detailed step-by-step instructions on our Wig & Hairpiece Care page.
Custom Work & Services
How is a wig made?
Each hair is individually tied to the lace foundation using a technique called "ventilating." A single wig can take over 40 hours of meticulous work to create.
Can you style a wig for me?
Absolutely. We can pre-style any wig you purchase from us. Please contact us with your requirements before placing your order.
